Welcome back to school! The Dayton Intermediate Parent Faculty Committee is already in action and making plans for this new school year.
Our membership campaign has begun! Look for us at Back to School Night on August 26 at 6:00 pm. Also, you can find a membership registration form in the packet of papers brought home by your student at the beginning of school. You can click on the form image above and print it out to register, if you like. You can contact us for a form if you were unable to receive a form any other way. Registration is $10 and that money goes towards supporting the students and faculty at DIS. Forms can be turned into the DIS office.
The school has requested assistance in purchasing a digital signboard. This signboard would go on the front of the school and help improve the communication between DIS and the families of our students.
We are preparing for a fundraiser in October, ending around the time of parent-teacher conferences.
Any ideas? We'd love to hear from you. There are many ways you can help your student and his/her school. You can comment here, leave a message on our Facebook page, email us or join us at our next meeting. We meet in room 31 at 6 PM on the first Tuesday of every month.
